RENDEZVOUS

One finds inspirations in strangest of places. If till yesterday someone wld have told me that Abhishek Bachhan ‘s interview with Simi Garewal would inspire me I would have laughed at his face. But not today……..coz that’s how it is. Life’s strange. Things turn on strange ways…….and you never can be sure what’s coming your way and when. Who said only Harry Potter’s world is full of surprises, if you keep your eyes open you ll be amazed at the sheer number of queer events.
It was amazing to see a man in a profession known for frivolousness say that he doesn’t believe in being frivolous. He was darn honest about everything and evidently he’s probably the shyest guy I ve seen or hear about ever. Amazing ! I must say Mr. Bachhan …………am impressed.
Cynics might say he’s an actor, he cld have pulled a great show, but then its not so easy with such candid questions thrown in your face, with an hypnotizing host like Simi………the show has a standing and a reputation. And whatever they may say….an optimist like me would prefer to see the glass half full.
Second event of the day was meeting Neelu. I ve met her after nearly 3 years….. and would not meet her again for a long time as she ll be leaving for Wharton soon. This girl has always impressed me……I ve admired her for being such an achiever and yet being so down to earth and simple. She epitomizes everything I can be and I would want to be, and after my idea of myself she is probably the one to whom I would measure myself upto. Strange…… coz shez so junior to me, but after a certain stage age doesn’t matter much……..your qualities do, you efforts do, your achievements do.

…………probably not in that order, but something like this is what the list would look like. Each different from other and each wonderful in his/her own way for different things and reasons.
So lets not be negative…….hope for the best work hard and believe in God.
