"There's a price attached to everything in life."



I know both these statements are true in their own right, just that haven't been able to figure out a logical connection between them yet. . .

Its connection comes from the context where you are applying the statement.

maybe the first only talks about the financial aspect, the second one acknowledges other modes of payment too..

The best things in life are free,BUT there is a hidden cost attached to them also, which need not be financial.Does that make sense?:)
