"Ti'z an art lady, where men lead". And I smiled.
"Fine, lead me."
"But am not very good at it."
Liar. Dunno why but I felt he was being needlessly modest.
Still I smiled and said, "I de be worse."
Soon my doubts were confirmed. He was good, too good.
The moves, the turns, the jive and the fun.
"I am gonna tire you." And I laughed.
Was he underestimating me? Hah, I brushed my hair back, and said to myself, "lets see who tires whom."
So it went on and on.........the swirls, the twists and the fun.
"You are good.........very flexible...........and great stamia."
Okay so it was coming. Those are supposed to be compliments and I was swelling with pride. Now he knew better.
The music went on as if it would not end. And for long it did not.
It was one of the first, and best experiences of my life.
Ladies & Gentlemen, SALSA ROCKS.
What did u think ;) !!
The entire dance floor was empty, most of the people just gave up. They decide to sit and watch, at least they didn't have to pretend that they were jealous. I cld see so many gals drooling over my partner, and I was thoroughly enjoying their envy. C'mon one doesn't get such a chance often! How typically bitchy of me. But who cares.
So we danced on till he got tired..........I swear I cld have danced for hours more.
And finally they decided to throw us out and close down the place. But not before some best of rock numbers a glass of water.
