sanjay leela bhansali made a fantastic movie......devdas.
its about devdas, his lady love paro whome he loses............and chandramukhi, the courtesan who loves devdas and knows can never win him. yet she never stopped trying or caring for him or loving him.
the movie is a cinematic treat. wonderful direction,all starts give a superb performance.art...dances.......dialogues........all deserve their dues.

but what is devdas about today?
in this world where eternity spans a few milliseconds, where people change faster than their clothes do..........is such a love to be found anywhere.
did it ever exist?
or was it just dream of the famour novelist who wrote this book, and yet dreamt of by several directors who turned the book into a movie many times over.?? it ought to be a dream........thats why it is still popular toady......still cherished.
had it been a reality no one would have cared to make a movie about it.
but because love is so elusive, and the kind of love shown in this movie- all accepting, all enduring- is not to be seen anywhere, thats is the reason why books, songs, movies and all stuff about love is so much in vogue.
despite reading all this and knowing that it is hard core reality........you ll smile ...........and still keep looking for that one special person, coz.............lol.........being in love feels so good!
